Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or wear
• In its original packaging (if applicable)
Certain items may be non‑returnable for hygiene or customization reasons. These will always be clearly marked at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer easy exchanges within 30 days.
Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
